About Us

My name is Cesar Mucino founder and CEO of Xpress Painting, LLC. With my background in construction project management and my wife Melissa full support we started our painting company in May 2007 with literally one pressure washer, one paint sprayer, one truck, and one master painter. 

After being in business for about 3 years of painting houses we got a major opportunity and were invited to place a bid to paint the exterior of student dorms apartment complex at the University of Houston main campus. After many interviews and presentations we were awarded the project.

Being young, hungry, prepared, and determined to succeed I poured all my heart, dedication and efforts day in and day out into this project. To prove not only to myself but the property management that they have chosen the right painting company for this project.

After this project was successfully completed we were invited and trusted over the years to bid more and bigger projects at other universities student dorms apartment complex nationwide such as:

Texas A&M University, University  of Texas, San Diego State University, University of Oregon, University of Kentucky, Arizona State University, LSU, Alabama State University, Mississippi State University, South Carolina University, Florida, West Virginia to name a few. 

Moving forward is to continue to apply our knowledge and experience we have acquired these past 18 years in the commercial painting industry. With our new aerial equipment addition, great customer service, and the same great work ethics we apply to all of our projects!
