About Us

My name is Cesar Mucino founder and CEO of Xpress Painting, LLC. With my background in construction project management and together with my wife Melissa's full support we started our painting company in May 2007.  

We started the company with literally one pressure washer, one paint sprayer, one truck, and one master painter. 

After being in business for about 3 years of painting houses we got a major call of opportunity. We were invited to place a bid to paint the exterior of student dorms apartment complex at the University of Houston main campus. After many interviews and presentations we were awarded the project.

Being young, hungry, prepared, and determined to succeed I poured all my heart, knowledge, dedication, resources and efforts day in and day out into this project. To prove not only to myself but also to the property owners and management that they had chosen the right painting company for this project.

After this project was successfully completed we were invited and trusted over the following 15 years and counting to bid more, bigger, multiple and more challenging projects nationwide. 

We have traveled the nation together with our team to many universities student dorm/apartment complex such as:

Texas A&M University, University of Texas, Baylor University, SMU, Texas Tech, San Diego State University, University of Oregon, University of Kentucky, Arizona State University, LSU, Alabama State University, University of Houston, Sam Houston State, Texas State, Mississippi State University, South Carolina University, Florida State, The University of Colorado and West Virginia to name a few. 

Now together with our own aerial lift equipment moving forward is to continue to apply the same knowledge, experience, passion and work ethics that got us here in the first place to the commercial painting industry.
